Originally made by my mother “Gappy” (as my girls now fondly call her), these creations encompass everything I learned about food while growing up in my family’s restaurant, The Crystal Quail, in northern New Hampshire. Organic produce from my mother’s garden was always front-and-center at our table and I am thrilled to carry forward this tradition by serving it to my family in Boston.

Whole food in its simplest form is the best ingredient, resulting in the best tasting food. This is the spirit behind Gappy’s Granola.
